Every weekend get the latest President and GOP radio address to the nation.
President Obama is telling Americans how his administration is trying to make it easier for travelers to come to the U.S. In his weekly address, Obama stresses that increasing tourism will help local economies and support businesses that want to expand and hire. Obama says his State of the Union address on Tuesday will lay out his blueprint for actions everyone needs to take in order to rebuild an economy where hard work and responsibility are rewarded and one that is built to last.
GOP Address:
Ahead of the State of the Union address, Texas Representative Jeb Hensarling charges President Obama's policies are making the economy worse. Hensarling says Obama wasted a golden opportunity this week to help create at least 20-thousand new jobs when he rejected the Keystone pipeline. Hensarling states Republicans will continue to fight to bring the Keystone jobs to the U.S. He also emphasizes the GOP will continue to listen to the American people and present better solutions that support small business job creation.

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer points during an intense conversation with President Barack Obama after he arrived at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012, in Mesa, Ariz. Asked moments later what the conversation was about, Brewer, a Republican, said: "He was a little disturbed about my book." Brewer recently published a book, "Scorpions for Breakfast," something of a memoir of her years growing up and defends her signing of Arizona's law cracking down on illegal immigrants, which Obama opposes. Obama was objecting to Brewer's description of a meeting he and Brewer had at the White House, where she described Obama as lecturing her.
